These terms cover your use of truestag.shop and anything you buy from Truestag (“we”, “us”, “our”). Opening the site or sending an order means you accept them. If any part does not sit right with you, please do not use the shop.

Who can order. You need to be 18 or older, or whatever the age of majority is where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement.

Listings and prices. We describe each garment as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit and condition, and we photograph what we actually ship. Even so, colours vary between screens and a listing can carry a mistake. Nothing on this site is a warranty that a description, image, measurement or price is free of error. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time. Where an item is listed at a clearly wrong price or with the wrong specification, we may cancel the order after it has been placed and refund you in full.

How an order is formed. Your order is an offer to buy. We are entitled to accept it, refuse it, or reduce the quantity, and the receipt email you get at checkout is an acknowledgement rather than an acceptance. The agreement between us begins when we hand your parcel to the carrier. Money taken on an order we then cancel is returned in full.

Paying. Payment is taken at checkout through the providers shown on the checkout page. By paying, you confirm the card or account is yours to use.

Stock. Sizes sell out. Where something you ordered is unavailable, we contact you and offer a substitute size, a wait, or a refund of that line.

Our content. The photography, wording, layout and graphics on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to look at them and to share a link. You may not copy or republish them for commercial use without our written agreement.

Using the site properly. Do not attempt to break into any part of the site, interfere with how it runs, scrape it at volume, place orders under false details, or use it for anything unlawful. We may close an account or refuse service where that happens.

Guarantee and condition. Eligible garments carry the 12 month construction guarantee described in our Refund and Returns Policy, which covers manufacturing defects rather than wear and tear. Everything we sell is new unless the listing says otherwise in plain words. Beyond what is written on the product page and in our policies, the site and the goods are supplied as they are, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit on what we owe. So far as the law permits, Truestag is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability on any claim will not go beyond what you paid for the item the claim concerns. Nothing here removes a right you hold under consumer law that cannot be signed away.

Which law applies. These terms are read under the law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, setting aside its conflict of law rules. Any dispute belongs before the courts sitting in Massachusetts.

Changes. We revise these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you order is the one that governs that order.
